Apricot and Walnut Bread

Bread isn’t bad. It’s delicious. Especially when it’s home made and fresh. The problem is that it’s a little too addictive, so be careful, and like all good things, enjoy in moderation 🙂

If you have a bread-maker, dust it off and chuck in these ingredients. There are only seven of them, and they contain lots of goodness.

This bread can only be sliced thickly, so a good thick slice will contain the following:

  • Carbohydrates: 30g
  • Protein: 7g
  • Fat: 5g
  • Calories: 165kcal

And of course, potassium and iron from the apricots, omega-3 essential fatty acids and Vitamin E from the walnuts. Which means you can enjoy this bread while feeling super-healthy.
