3 ingredient pancakes

High protein, gluten free and a carb-protein combo that is a great start to the day, these pancakes tick a lot of boxes for WholeHealth-ers. Having tried and failed with this recipe, I was convinced to give these another try by a WholeHealth client. Her advice was to make sure the pan was really hot, and that made all the difference! These pancakes are now back on the menu as an alternative breakfast recipe. You can make them as two ingredient pancakes, but I like the addition of cinnamon.

Guys, you know what to do-experiment and make them the way you like them.

Here’s the basics:

3 Ingredient Pancakes

1 banana

2 eggs

1/2 tsp cinnamon (or your choice of flavouring….)

Blend together the eggs and banana, and add the cinnamon

Heat a pan REALLY hot and pour in the mix. Cook for a couple of minutes on each side until browned and pancakey.
