Sessions will run year-round, including chill swims from October to March, though swim times will change during this period to reflect demand.
*Our regular swim sessions offer the opportunity for up to 2 hours swimming, with a long course loop of 540m, watched over by our lifeguard team, and Coach Wales on the pontoon.
**Our Tuesday morning Mindfulness Dip is for swimmers who want a quieter dip for relaxation and meditation in the company of others who feel the same, with coaches to take care of your safety in the water while you do whatever you please. This new swim opportunity is designed for people who wish to immerse and enjoy the lake for peace and restoration, rather than swimming laps, the short course ONLY will be available in these sessions.
You don’t need any special equipment for these sessions, just a swim suit. You can use a wetsuit if you have one, and goggles if you want to.
