WholeHealth Tri Swim Bike Run sessions every Friday night.
We meet each Friday for coached SWIM>BIKE>RUN training.
Each session runs as:
5:30pm-6:30pm coached swim session, Victoria Leisure Centre 25m Pool with our L2 Triathlon Coach Cat and Swim Stroke Technician Coach Wales
6:45-7:30pm focussed strength and fitness training cycle session in the Victoria Leisure Centre cycle studio led by coach Cat
7:30-7:45pm run session, short, sharp run effort off the bike on the paths outside the leisure centre for Tri-specific adaptation!
Interim winter block runs 29th November to 20th December
