SWIM SQUAD is run by coaches Justine from Just Swim and Cat from WholeHealth.
The Endurance Swim Squad sessions are aimed at anyone who is training for a long-distance swim or triathlon event, and needs to add some endurance training to their weekly program.
The sessions will be focussed and coached, ensuring that you are training smart to acheive your goals, not simply banking ‘garbage yardage’! Coaches will hold you accountable to your training times, as well as supporting you to refine your endurance technique by improving your swim efficiency and stamina.
*You will get the best from the session if you know your CSS or threshold speed. You can book onto one of our testing sessions to inform this training*
The swim can ONLY be booked as a block of 8 sessions.
The next eight week block starts on Monday 4th March 2019, 9am to 10:30am.
Swimmers who book a block of sessions will get a weekly swim in a great facility, with the support of two experienced swim coaches, with many years of swim and triathlon coaching and competing experience. You will benefit from training with others of similar abilities to yourself, as well as regular feedback, stroke analysis and correction helping you to become a faster, smoother swimmer. We’ll also go for breakfast afterwards at WIRED Cafe Bar to ensure you recover correctly from your workout!
