TWO days of bike run training for junior triathletes or new to tri aged 8-16 years old. Juniors will need to bring a bike, helmet, swim and run kit for fun and challenging training sessions and outdoor games each day-whatever the weather!
£99 for both days. 8am-5pm each day, lunchtime meal and snacks included.
**Optional early drop off and breakfast can be added for an extra £5 per day.
Day One: Breakfast, games, run skills, lunch, bike training, team challenges and nutrition sessions. One half of the group will travel to the Just Swim endless pool for a coached swim technique session
Day Two: Breakfast, race practice, team games , lunch and nutrition sessions, bike training, strength and stretching, the other half of the group will travel to the Just Swim endless pool for a coached swim technique session, we’ll end the day with certificate and prize-giving!
Coached by experienced junior triathlon coaches, learn bike and run skills and improve fitness in a safe fun environment. All the usual JuniorTriCamp fun games, and prizes!
