SWIM SQUAD is run by coaches Justine from Just Swim and Cat from WholeHealth.
The Squad sessions are aimed at encouraging anyone who enjoys swimming to take their swim to the next level.
You could be a Developer-swimming for the love of sport and getting or staying swim fit, wanting to improve and thrive in a squad environment
OR a Performer- swimming for fun but also competitively, looking to improve times and race results in whatever field you race; Masters competitions, outdoor distance swimming or Triathlons. All will train together as one squad, with targeted coaching sessions to help you meet and exceed your goals.
The swim can ONLY be booked as a block of 10 sessions. The next ten week block starts on Wednesday 1st May 2019, and runs every week EXCEPT the 19th & 26th June when our coaches are away on the Girls Getaway.
Swimmers who book a block of sessions will get a weekly swim in a great facility, with the support of two experienced swim coaches, with many years of swim and triathlon coaching and competing experience. You will benefit from training with others of similar abilities to yourself, as well as regular feedback, stroke analysis and correction helping you to become a faster, smoother swimmer.
