Description

We’ll be leading a 5k social run from WIRED, followed by a yoga session led by Anja in the cafe.

Join us for a sociable run starting at 6:15pm, followed by a targeted strength and stretch yoga session starting at 7pm to benefit runners’ muscles, and meet the WholeHealthTri coaches and members in our awesome partner cafe.

    I took part in a flash boot camp and thoroughly enjoyed it. Working out as the sun case up in West Bridgford Park with a great bunch of friendly people and coaches was ace! Highly recommend.
