Coached by our experienced and supportive team of female coaches, catered by WholeHealth, and set in a French farmhouse with a hot tub and a pool overlooking the mountains.
As well as cycling, our skilled, qualified and friendly team will offer coached swim, run, yoga sessions and massage to all our guests.
**Week one will focus on developing skills and stamina training in the mountains, with personalised coached skill sessions, perfectly suited to beginner or novice cyclists looking to learn new skills in climbing, descending and cornering. Sessions will also include running, swimming, yoga and massage**

The WholeHealth Getaways are not only a chance to enjoy stunning countryside, but also to eat well, train with like-minded people, and enjoy each other’s company, either training together or relaxing with a glass of wine in the evening.

Flights are not included, transfers, bike loan and/or bike transport are available by arrangement.
Each evening, nutritious evening meals and a glass of wine will be provided so all you have to do is relax, enjoy the hot tub, and get ready for another day of cycling!
Nutritious breakfasts will also be provided to fuel your day of training. Lunches will be taken at cafes on cycling coffee stops, or make your own packed lunches.
