WholeHealth Tri 1 month SWIM>BIKE>RUN triathlon training block.

Coached three-discipline, Tri-specific session suitable for all abilities. Support, camaraderie and training.

Our highly popular WholeHealth Tri sessions run each week to offer training, support and camaraderie to people training to compete in or complete a triathlon.

We meet each Friday for coached SWIM>BIKE>RUN training.

Each session runs as:

5:30pm-6:30pm swim session, Victoria Leisure Centre 25m Pool

6:45-7:30pm spin session, Victoria Leisure Centre cycle studio

7:30-7:45pm run session, short, sharp run effort off the bike on the paths outside the leisure centre.

This training is available to limited numbers on a pay monthly basis.

    Joining WholeHealth Tri Club and starting these sessions last year has taken me from struggling to be able to swim 100m without stopping, to signing up for a half iron man event. – in a year!! The coaching is fantastic, managing to be really specific and technical yet ensuring it’s meeting the needs of a varying ability group. The club is a welcoming, community of people who genuinely support and connect with each other, as we continue our journey towards all things Swim, Bike, Run. I love these sessions and would recommend them to anyone who is looking to explore Triathlon
