Our highly popular WholeHealth Tri sessions are back in 2019.
Starting on Friday 5th April, we meet each Friday for coached SWIM>BIKE>RUN training.
Each session runs as:
5:30pm-6:30pm swim session, Victoria Leisure Centre 25m Pool
6:45-7:30pm spin session, Victoria Leisure Centre cycle studio
7:30-7:45pm run session, short, sharp run effort off the bike on the paths outside the leisure centre.
This training is available to book as a 12 week block.
