WholeHealth Tri 12 week triathlon training block.

Want to get ready for an early season triathlon in 2019? Join our fun, friendly team swim, spin, run sessions each Friday from 5:50pm-7:45pm


Our highly popular WholeHealth Tri sessions are back in 2019.

Starting on Friday 11th Jan, we meet each Friday for coached Swim, bike and run training.

Each session runs as:

5:30pm-6:30pm swim session, Victoria Leisure Centre 25m Pool

6:45-7:30pm spin session, Victoria Leisure Centre cycle studio

7:30-7:45pm run session, short, sharp run effort off the bike on the paths outside the leisure centre.

This training is available to book as a 12 week block, leading up to the East Leake sprint Triathlon on Sunday 31st March 2019. It is not compulsory to enter the tri to join in the sessions, but we will be working towards the event for those who wish to race at this fun, novice friendly event.
