WholeHealthTri Novice Triathlon Training


Six weeks of tri training; 5:30pm-7:45pm every Friday at Victoria Leisure Centre, Nottingham

One hour coached technique and fitness swim, followed by 45 min guided spin session, and a short run off the bike each week.

Six weeks triathlon training with the supportive, fun and friendly WholeHealth Team.

Places are limited to a small group, so that we can focus on personalised training tailored to your needs, and support, help and motivate each other.

5:30pm-6:30pm Coached technique and fitness swim with WholeHealth swim Coaches Cat  and Poppy

6:45pm-7:30pm Guided spin session with Cat to build bike stamina and fitness

7:30-7:45pm Short run off the bike-tri specific run training!

Next six week block starts Friday 16th November -21st December 2018

    One of Mel’s novice front crawl graduates here !
    I couldn’t get my act together for the novice tri first session last Friday
    Is the course now fully booked? If not I’ll tri (!) and get down this Friday
    If it’s full I’m keen for the first 2019 session
