Our small team ethos in these sessions means you can receive focused feedback on your swim, bike and run technique from our coaches, enabling you to make rapid progress towards your goal.
With tips and advice for completing your first triathlon, as well as support from your WholeHealth team mates, places are limited on this popular course, so booking is essential.

Working with Justine Wales from Just Swim, we are offering the chance to be part of a focused and fun swim training squad. If you want to take your swimming to the next level, book a place on our 8 week block of Wednesday night swim sessions led by two experienced swim and triathlon coaches in great facilities with other like-minded swimmers.

GO TRI Cycling skills is a 5 session course with the aim to get those new to cycling confident on two wheels. Each week will focus on a different topic and the course will end on week 5 with a duathlon on a traffic free circuit.
