Yoghurt Berry Smoothie

I couldn’t decide whether to put this in the breakfast or recovery snacks section of our recipes. It works equally as well in both.

The sugar and Carbohydrate in the fruit will kick-start your day in a healthy way, or replenish your energy stores after a hard session. Protein in the milk and yoghurt will help your muscles to recover, or keep you feeling full til lunch.

Whenever you choose to eat it, it’s delicious. And the kids love it too.
