
- Use the sauna at your own risk. Check with your GP first if you have any concerns
- Don’t touch any metal parts in the sauna, or add logs. Let us know if you need a top-up
- Stay hydrated! Drinking water is available-make sure you drink before and after sauna
- Swimwear must be worn in the sauna unless explicitly stated. Please also sit on a sauna towel
- If you feel unwell in the sauna, let us know straight away
- Be mindful of your sauna companions-keep conversation low and relaxing
- When adding steam- löyly- check with your sauna buddies first and use the ladle at arm’s length
- Use the sauna timer and clock to stick to your timeslot
- Enter and exit quickly to preserve the sauna heat-work as a team to keep the steam!
- Wear sliders or footwear to and from the lake for your dips
- Relax and enjoy! Your hosts are here to help you get the best from your session
