Sessions run on a Monday 12 noon – 7pm
Bespoke 1-2-1 Coaching / Teaching / Learn2Swim / Fitness sessions 1 hour with Coach Wales for £70.
Whether you are a beginner, recreational or elite swimmer or athlete book in a session to improve your swim skills, and you will receive a warm welcome and bespoke knowledge for your personal goals, with videos, tips and training aims to take away.
Free parking is available directly outside. Shower and changing is available, so just bring your swim kit, and leave the rest to Wales!
